1. Log into the Verse: http://umusic.service-now.com/ess/   you must be in the UMG network to access this site.
2. click on Request Things
3. click on Services
4. click on DUO 

    5. if you do not have a laptop under "Technology required" choose "Office 365" or "other".            In the box for additional information type in "Mobile access for UM-X Suite"   

Once this is submitted and approved by authorization protocol, you'll receive an email with instructions on how to access the token for DUO mobile.
