As long as an artist has a song setup in R2 and we have received a stream or download for the track, then the artist will be in Consumption. Remember: the Consumption is at a two day delay, so if it has not been two days then we will be missing the song data and if it is a new artist we will be missing the artist in the portal until we are two days after their first release date.
